Terms of service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases from Warrior Craft Studio LLC. By placing an order, submitting personalization materials, or approving a design proof, the customer agrees to these terms.

Sales Region

Warrior Craft Studio LLC sells and ships to all 50 U.S. states, Washington, D.C., and APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses. Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories are not currently supported.

Custom Orders

Customers must provide required names, ranks, dates, unit information, citation or message text, logos, insignia, photographs, artwork, placement instructions, and selected product options. Production begins only after all required information is received and the final proof is approved.

Artwork Permissions

By submitting material, the customer confirms ownership or permission to use it and authorizes Warrior Craft Studio LLC to reproduce and modify it only as reasonably necessary to fulfill the order. The business may decline material reasonably believed to violate law or third-party rights.

Proofs and Revisions

Each order includes up to two reasonable proof revisions. Substantial redesigns, scope changes, or additional revisions may require an additional charge disclosed to and approved by the customer before work begins.

Customers must review spelling, punctuation, names, ranks, dates, unit information, logos, artwork, colors, placement, layout, orientation, citation text, messages, sizes, styles, and selected options. Approval authorizes production, and customer-approved details are not production errors.

Handmade Variations

Minor variations in wood grain, tone, color, texture, engraving, printing, and finish may occur. These natural handmade variations are not defects.

Production and Delivery

Production normally takes 5–7 business days after final proof approval. Shipping time is additional. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and delivery by a ceremony or event date is not promised unless confirmed separately in writing. Legally required delay, cancellation, and refund options will be provided when applicable.

Pricing and Payment

Prices, options, shipping charges, and applicable taxes appear at checkout. Payment must be completed before processing. Any additional redesign or revision charge must be disclosed and approved before work begins.

Cancellations, Returns, Missing Packages, and Refunds

These matters are governed by the Warrior Craft Studio LLC Refund, Cancellation, and Replacement Policy. A carrier delivery scan does not automatically qualify an order for replacement or refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method promptly and within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Order Refusal or Cancellation

Warrior Craft Studio LLC may decline or cancel an order when required information is missing, submitted material may violate law or rights, the requested product cannot be produced accurately or safely, payment fails, or the destination is unsupported. Amounts paid for unproduced merchandise will be returned as required by law.

Changes

Updates apply prospectively and do not alter an accepted order unless the customer agrees or law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
